Hi, I’m Jojomar Gutierrez, but you can call me Jojo. I’m a Bay Area graphic designer and photographer with over eight years of experience, currently serving as the Senior Graphics Specialist for San Mateo County’s Human Resources Department. In this role, I lead end-to-end design strategy across both print and digital platforms, managing everything from complex visual communications to high-impact digital media.

Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with a diverse range of prominent tech, healthcare, and local organizations—including Intel, eBay, DocuSign, Kaiser, Stanford, and the Oakland Zoo. Whether managing website content and motion graphics or designing city-permitted environmental signage, I focus on creating impactful, functional visuals that elevate the brand experience.
